Canadian Universities
Applications close: Mid-January (but dates vary by University)
Official Documents needed: 1) Transcript & Mid-year report (email Isabel Chau - wschau@spcc.edu.hk) 2) Official School document with Predicted Grades. Where applicable, bring printed out form & student/application ID to Ms. Wong so she can stamp and seal. These forms are generated from your online application (UBC or UofT) once you start the process. If you are applying to multiple universities in Ontario, please start here. 3) Notify Ms. Wong so she can open a Cialfo account for you. This is how we send your transcripts through officially. Make sure you check the application deadline for each university to ensure you meet them. For the institutions that require you to mail, students should take the initiative to email the school(s) to see if they will accept an electronic version from our office. This will help save on courier fees. 4) For students who are interested in applying to the Faculty of Science at Canadian universities, it is very important for you to double check the subject requirements as most universities will ask for two of the three sciences (biology, chemistry, physics). For example, if you are applying to Environmental Science, you will be ask to have a strong foundation in chemistry and/or physics (simply having biology will not be enough).
